In cooperation with the Russian manufacturer “HR Energocompany LLC”, the company “Plamen” established its business in the Russian Federation. Namely, these two companies founded a joint company “TESLA” with its headquarters in Russia. This cooperation aims to implement a policy of import substitution, localization of production and reduction of costs of manufactured products.
